Midwest TRACON Tour: Chicago South Satellite

The Chicago ARTCC is excited to proudly present the Midwest TRACON Tour featuring the south area of the Chicago TRACON! Come join us for a beautiful and scenic evening over the south shore of Lake Michigan and the Chicago suburbs. There are other airports in Chicago than O'Hare, we promise! In fact, Midway International Airport used to be the busiest airport in the entire world. Gary is a beautiful airport right by Lake Michigan and the biggest steel mill left in the US. Lewis University just got a control tower a few years ago. DuPage and Aurora ... are there too! All general aviation, IFR, and VFR operations and all skill levels are welcome. Surrounding facilities will have ATC coverage as staffing permits.
